- Thou shalt plan ahead and think strategically.
- Thou shalt remember, less is more.
- Thou shalt be obvious, truthful and useful.
- Thou shalt listen to and respect your customers.
- Thou must have fun, but thou must be appropriate.
- Thou shalt not use Word or Publisher or any Microsoft
program to build ads, websites or anything.
